Can the Hong Kong flowers be delivered on time?

Yes we will be with youDelivered within 2 hours of the selected time (free of surcharge), New Year’s Eve, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day. Due to the large number of orders, the delivery time cannot be specified, but they will be delivered within 4 hours of the selected time.

Does the Hong Kong flower delivery service include Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories, Hong Kong Island?

Yes, in addition to the Kowloon area, we will add a delivery fee ($0-$160), no matter where in Hong Kong (remote areas are discussed separately), it can be delivered.Flower delivery service in Kowloon area, no delivery fee.

Do you send flowers on holidays?

Our delivery time is from Monday to Saturday 8:00am–9:00pm., including Sundays and holidays, except for the long Chinese New Year holiday, delivery can be arranged.

How do I know if my bouquet order is successful?

After you finish ordering bouquets online, a message of successful order will be displayed on the webpage, along with the bouquet order number, and the system will automatically send an Email to notify you that the ordering process has been completed.

When will I receive the notification of delivery of the bouquet?

After the bouquet is delivered, the orderer will be notified by e-mail or SMS. In addition, due to time difference or work flow, the delivery message will also be sent on the next day, but it does not mean that there is a delay in delivery.

Will you provide a photo of the bouquet and a receipt for the bouquet?

Yes! After the bouquets are delivered, we will have the bouquet photos and the bouquet signing service.

I did not receive a reply from the confirmation letter of the bouquet after I ordered it?

Please confirm whether the E-mail filled in when ordering is correct, and whether the provided e-mail box has a block letter setting, so that it is assigned to the advertisement/spam box, or you can call the customer service staff to confirm it for you!
